$360 Raised So Far
The current total funds raised for the 2008 Liberty Godparent Home Baby Bottle Initiative stands at $36220. We are nearing our $410 total raised in last year’s campaign, but we’d like to beat that total this year.
Help OFRBC reach our 2008 goal of $500. Fill your bottles with that spare change and help Liberty Godparent Home provide care and help to unborn children, newborn babies, and their mothers.
Contact Kim Gelina for more information or to get a baby bottle to fill with your change.

Liberty Godparent Home’s Statement of Purpose
The purpose and objectives of the Liberty Godparent Ministry are to change one life and save another. Sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ by providing a comprehensive plan for care and development for each young woman involved in a crisis pregnancy is our goal. Our strategy is based on Christ’s unconditional love and mercy. Our heart is to minister to each young woman without regard to race, color, economic status or religious affiliation. We will provide alternatives to abortion while offering crisis pregnancy counseling, a residential maternity home and a child-placing agency that ensures a source of comfort and support. The end result is to save innocent children from abortion and to help young women become morally sound, mentally strong, physically independent and spiritually courageous.

Scott has continued to make trips into the community of Glen Daniel. He is still trying for find a building. He recently found a building that was once a bar in an area he thought would be ideal. It has a price tag of about $200,000! However, Scott spoke to the agent it was listed with and told him that he wanted to put a church in it. The agent was very happy because he lives right next door to the building and didn’t want to see another bar go in. The agent said he’d speak to the owner about possibly renting it out.
Also, Scott will be training very soon to become a North American missionary. We will then begin to receive support as missionaries.
One last prayer request
Since moving here Will has left behind many of his friends and now is a little isolated from other children. He is having a difficult time adjusting. Please pray that God will help me to relay to Will the joy of sacrifice and serving. I am hoping God will send some playmates our way.
